As a Technical Lead with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve seen firsthand how the right technology can transform businesses. Today, I’m excited to share the story behind my latest project, SyncraTech, and how it came to life through a collaboration with my brother, Aurelien Farge, the CEO of a transport company.
The Inspiration Behind SyncraTech
The idea for SyncraTech originated from a series of conversations with my brother, who runs a successful transport company. In the transport industry, paperwork is a constant challenge. From shipping documents to delivery confirmations, there is an endless flow of files that need to be handled, signed, and moved between different parties. Managing this paperwork manually is time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to track.
Seeing my brother struggle with this issue, we started brainstorming ways to simplify and automate these processes. I bring my technical expertise to the table, having spent years building robust solutions for various businesses. Meanwhile, my brother provides invaluable insights into the day-to-day operations and challenges faced by transport companies. This unique combination of skills sparked an idea: What if we could create a platform that automates these workflows, allowing companies to handle documents more efficiently?
SyncraTech – Our Solution to a Common Problem
SyncraTech was born out of this idea. Our goal is to create a versatile, user-friendly platform that can be used by any business, from small companies to large enterprises, to streamline their file management and automate document workflows. Here’s a glimpse of what SyncraTech will offer:
- File Management: Our platform will provide a centralized location for file uploads, making it easy to access, share, and manage documents securely.
- Workflow Automation: Users can build custom workflows to process files according to their specific business needs. It’s as simple as putting together a puzzle, and the best part is that it’s entirely customizable.
- Data Privacy and Security: We prioritize data privacy, ensuring that all files are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with industry standards.
By combining my brother’s on-the-ground experience in the transport sector and my background in technical solutions, we’re building SyncraTech to help companies move beyond traditional paperwork. Our platform will not only reduce manual tasks but also increase efficiency and accuracy, bringing file management into the digital age.
The Journey So Far
Working together on this project has been an incredible journey. We’re excited about the possibilities that SyncraTech offers, not just for the transport industry but for any sector dealing with document workflows. Our free version will soon be available, allowing users to upload files up to 1GB and send them with ease. We’re also developing advanced features to support more complex workflows and document management needs.

Why We’re Bringing Paperwork into the Digital Era
The transport industry, like many others, relies heavily on paper documentation, which often slows down processes and leads to inefficiencies. By using SyncraTech, companies can automate these flows, ensuring that files are processed, signed, and stored digitally, making them accessible whenever and wherever they’re needed. We’re solving a real-world problem using modern, innovative technology, making it simpler for businesses to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape.
This project is a reflection of my passion for tech-driven solutions and my brother’s firsthand experiences running a business. Together, we aim to bring a significant change in how businesses manage and automate their document workflows.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this journey. Your feedback and support are invaluable as we shape SyncraTech into the tool that will redefine file management.
